  • Account information: When you sign in with Google via our authentication provider (Supabase), we receive your name, email address, and profile photo from your Google account.
  • Tour request information: When you request a tour of a property, we collect your name, email address, and phone number.
  • Preferences: Home search criteria you provide during onboarding or update in settings, including location preferences, price range, property type, and bedroom/bathroom requirements.

2.2 Information Collected Automatically

  • Swipe and interaction data: We record which properties you like, pass on, or interact with to personalize your experience and improve recommendations.
  • Device and usage data: We collect standard log information such as browser type, operating system, referring URLs, pages viewed, and timestamps via Vercel Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights.
  • Cookies and local storage: We use cookies and browser local storage to maintain your authentication session and store preferences.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide, operate, and improve the Service
  • Personalize property recommendations based on your preferences and swipe history
  • Process and facilitate tour requests with real estate agents
  • Authenticate your identity and maintain your session
  • Send transactional communications related to your tour requests or account
  • Analyze usage patterns to improve performance, features, and user experience

4. How We Share Your Information

  • Real estate agents:When you submit a tour request, we share your name, email, phone number, and the property details with the listing agent or a partnered buyer's agent to facilitate your tour. This is the primary purpose of the tour request feature.
  • Service providers: We use third-party services to operate the platform, including Supabase (authentication and database), Vercel (hosting and analytics), and real estate listing APIs (Realtor.com and Zillow) to source property data. These providers access your data only as necessary to perform services on our behalf.
  • Legal requirements: We may disclose information if required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request.
  • Business transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties for advertising purposes.

5. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We use the following cookies and similar technologies:

  • Authentication cookies: Essential cookies managed by Supabase to keep you signed in across sessions.
  • Analytics: Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights collect anonymized usage data to help us understand how the Service is used and identify performance issues. These tools do not use cookies for cross-site tracking.

You can control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling essential cookies may prevent you from using authenticated features of the Service.

6. Data Retention

We retain your account information and preferences for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. Swipe history and interaction data are retained to maintain your personalized recommendations. Tour request data is retained for record-keeping and to support follow-up by real estate agents. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us at the address below.

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information, including encryption in transit (TLS/SSL), secure authentication via Supabase, and access controls on our database. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

  • Request correction of inaccurate information
  • Request deletion of your personal information
